About Me


I am a qualified accountant and am a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians since 2011. I hold a license from the Archbishop of Wales as a Licensed Lay Minster (reader) since 2015. I will shortly be moving forward to be an ordinand. My theological studies started in St Michaels College Llandaff Cardiff now renamed St Padarns Institute. Currently I am studying for a Diploma in Theology at Swansea University.

During my paid working life I was with Ericsson in the 1980’s as a Marketing Executive and have worked for other computer manufacturers (Triumph Adler and Olympia Business Systems) to provide information technology solutions to a range of today’s businesses. Other companies I have worked for are: Abbey National Building Society, Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, RSPB, ESSO, Unilever, Cranfield Institute of Technology and Cranfield Management School..

In the late 1980's David, my husband and I bought the Drovers Arms Howey Mid Wales initially a small drinking house which we turned into more of a restaurant with rooms or the Little Inn with a Big Heart as I liked to think of it. After 16 years we sold up and started new careers. David became and is now a Piano Tuner one of the best in Wales as a member of the Piano Tuners Association is highly sort after in this area see his website at Piano Tuning Wales.

I am interested in helping people in many different ways and currntly I am Vice-Chair of Montgomery Family Crisis Centre

I am a trustee of the Christian Centre for Rural Wales which is on the Royal Welsh Showground in Builth Wells. I have the privilage of facilitating many christian courses for the Fellowship Group.
